The Division of Strategic Operations leads the process of developing the college’s strategic plan in pursuit of the President’s vision for the college. The most recent strategic plan, to be introduced in 2025, is available at www.sunywcc.edu/strategic-plan.
To monitor the progress of SUNY WCC in pursuit of the goals in this plan, the Office of Institutional Research, Planning and Effectiveness provides the data and reports that illuminate upon the results of these efforts.
