DESCRIPTION:David Swope Student Center\, table outside of Cafeteria \nThis “coping on the go” series of tabling events will offer students a quick way to gain coping skills to help manage stress and improve their well-being. Each event will highlight a different coping skill such as mindfulness\, self-compassion\, distress tolerance\, and emotion regulation. Every other week we’ll be offering a different strategy so be sure to stop by!

DESCRIPTION:Physical Education Building\, Gym and Online \nSUNY Westchester Community College will honor August 2025 and December 2025 graduates at the December Completion Celebration.  \nAugust 2025 and December 2025 graduates are required to register to participate no later than Tuesday\, December 9th\, 2025.\nRegister to attend as a graduate. \nThis event will take place in-person and will also be streamed live online. Guests and the WCC campus community are permitted to attend the event in-person or view through live stream the day of the event. We look forward to celebrating our graduates at this event!
