Faculty

Westchester Community College’s faculty and professional staff have received more SUNY Chancellors Awards for Excellence than any other community college in the system. More than 98% hold masters or doctorate degrees in their fields. Student/faculty ratio is 16.1:1.

Information Sessions are specifically for Prospective Students who have not applied to the college yet.

SUNY Westchester Community College has more than 65 different degree and certificate programs. Prospective students are invited to attend an in-person or virtual Information Session hosted by an admissions counselor to learn more about the college, application process, academics, campus life, and student services. Please note: The Admissions Information Sessions are specifically for Prospective Students who have not applied to the college yet. Attend a 24 Credit HSE

This program is designed to help students who do not have a high school diploma take and pass the HSE (GED) test.

Students are assessed for placement with the TABE test before beginning the course. Class number: CE-HSE 2000

Classes cover the four subject areas of the GED examination.
Interactive and engaging classes
Cost $50 plus registration fee and books!
