Ordering ahead is available at the Viking and Crema Cafés located in the Student Center Building. Check out each location for respective store hours and pickup times.

How to Order

There are two easy ways to order:

• Get the WCC Dining Services app through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Order online at the Viking Dining Expresswebsite.

Terms and Conditions

• No surcharge for pick-up
• Please allow for a minimum of 20 minutes for pick-up after placing your order

Payment Options

• All Locations accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
• Viking Dining Dollars cannot be used for purchases.

Viking Dining Dollars Permission

It takes 24 hours after you grant permission for your Dining Dollars to become available.

If you are using your Financial Aid to purchase food, you must activate your Viking Dining Dollars through the College portal.

• Sign into MYWCC: https://mywcc.sunywcc.edu
• Enter your “USER ID & PASSWORD” & Click “SIGN IN”
•  In the second column under “ENROLL HERE”, Click “STUDENT CENTER”
•  Scroll down to “FINANCES”
•  Click “OTHER FINANCIAL” (in the box with the drop down arrow)
•  On the drop down, Click “VIEW STUDENT PERMISSION”
•  Click the “GO” button
• Click “GRANT PERMISSION” and select the “FOOD PERMISSION FORM”
•  Then Click “NEXT”, Follow the System prompts and Click “READ THE AGREEMENT”
•  Click “SUBMIT”
• Then you need to go to the next page and Select your Amount for Food $100, $200 or $300

Viking Dining Dollars

You can now purchase dining dollars with your financial aid. We know that dining with friends is an integral part of your college experience. Whether it’s a quick bite on the go or a casual sit down with your friends, a dining plan makes it easy to refuel and reconnect.

Westchester Community College in partnership with the Faculty-Student Association has made Financial Aid (Viking Dining Dollars) available for food purchases on the Valhalla campus at all dining locations.

Financial Aid for Food, Viking Dining Dollars is available to FT students who have at least $3,500 in Financial Aid & PT students who have at least $ 3,000 in Financial Aid for the semester and at least one class on the Valhalla campus. Financial Aid (Viking Dining Dollars) for food will become available after funds are set aside to pay for tuition, fees and books. Only students who received a postcard or were contacted by email will be eligible to participate.

Dining Plan terms and conditions

• Four dining plans are available $50, $100, $200, and $300 per semester.
• Once you select an amount it cannot be changed or cancelled at anytime during the semester.
• You need to sign up each semester for the plan.
• No sales tax on food purchases, save 7.4%
• Financial Aid (Viking Dining Dollars) become available the next business day after signing up and cannot be used until the first day of classes.
• Viking Dining Dollars are accepted at all food locations including the Viking, Crema and Siegel Cafes.

Sign up for $200 or $300 of Viking Dining Dollars and receive a free 12oz fountain drink with your first purchase! Please pick up your coupon in the FSA Office, located in the back of the Bookstore. Coupon must be presented at the time of purchase.

Balances DO NOT rollover semester to semester. Unused balances will not be refunded.

How to use:

• Easy to use – Go to any dining location and ask to use your Viking Dining Dollars. Please bring a copy of the email you received after granting permission for food.

• Present a valid Student ID and your student ID # to a cashier when purchasing food and beverages.

• Please check with a dining services cashier to make sure you have available funds before your first purchase.

• Dining services cashiers can also let you know your Viking Dollar balance after purchases are made.

Value Meals & Promotions

Coffee Card

Make sure to pick up your COFFEE CARD. Purchase five coffee drinks and your sixth coffee is free.

• Purchase five coffee drinks and your sixth is free at any one of our locations including Crema Café where We Proudly Serve Starbucks Coffee! Redeemable for 12 oz. coffee only, no substitutions. Cards are available at all dining services locations.

Breakfast Viking Value Meal

• The $4.95 Breakfast Viking Value Meal is an egg sandwich on a roll with your choice of bacon, ham or sausage, homefries and a 12 oz. coffee and is available at the Viking Café only.

Vending

• Vending on campus and at the extension sites is provided by Berkshire Food Inc., a subsidiary of Canteen, a division of Compass Group USA, Inc. in partnership with Pepsi. Vending machines are equipped with the “MIND” technology that displays nutritional facts. Vending machines accept cash and credit/debit cards. 
• If you need a vending refund, please scan the QR code located on the front of the vending machines to access the Berkshire Food team. The Berkshire Food team member will instruct you on how to request a refund. If you need further assistance, please contact Berkshire Food Inc. at (888) 792-3435.
