Branded brochure paper is available through Reproduction Services. To print your brochures using this paper, set your content up on a brochure template then work with Reproduction Services to print your communications materials.
Who is eligible? Those eligible for business cards include Administrators, Managers, Full-time Staff, Full-time Faculty, Department Chairs, and anyone who does outreach for the college.
What is the procedure for ordering business cards? Employees must fill out the online business card order form with their information, as it should appear on the card.
How often are business card orders placed? Creative Communications sends orders to the contracted printer on the 15th of each month (or nearest business day). Submit your order at least 5 business days before a deadline to have it included with that order.
What happens after orders are submitted? Once an order is placed with the printer, proofs will be provided for your approval before printing is finalized. You will be notified when your cards are available for pick-up at the Creative Communications Office at SUNY Westchester Valhalla.

Pre-printed letterhead is available through Reproduction Services. You may also use the letterhead Word template to create and print your own documents that include the letterhead.
