When you walk through the doors, you are treated as family whether this is your first time, or you are an old friend, it is always a one-of-kind dining experience. Join Owner Chef Nando Paterra as he discusses and demonstrates a fun twist on Caprese salad – tomato bread pudding with creamy burrata cheese. Make your own Orecchiette pasta using a wooden board and knife to classically shape the dough into the little ears. Incorporate the freshly shaped pasta with a twist on the traditional – Italian sausage, radicchio and ricotta cheese. Watch a demonstration on a flourless Italian dolce – Nutella souffle that is naturally gluten free. Optional additional $20 pairs a wine selection with each course.
