- WCC students who graduate with an A.A. or A.S. degree with a minimum GPA of 3.2 will be guaranteed acceptance to SUNY Binghamton and will allow students to maximize transferability and enter in Junior standing.
- Candidates whose cumulative GPA is between a 2.8 to a 3.19 will be considered based on space availability and their individual merits by the Binghamton Admissions Committee.
