Transfer Agreement Highlights:

  • Students must graduate from Westchester Community College.
  • WCC students who graduate with an A.A. or A.S. degree with a certain GPA (GPA requirements vary by degree program) will be able to transfer to Bard College with junior standing.
  • A maximum of 64 credits will be applied toward the completion of the articulated Bard College Bachelor’s degree program.
  • Students MAY be required to take additional general education/core requirements/distribution requirements at Bard, if all of Bard’s distribution requirements are not met at WCC.

Transfer Scholarship:

Bard College offers a special scholarship opportunity for students who attend community colleges in the Hudson Valley. The Bard College Scholarship for Community Colleges in the Hudson Valley has the following criteria:

  • Students must earn a minimum GPA of 3.3
  • Students must register at the receiving institution as full-time, matriculated students

The scholarships will be renewable, as long students meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.3
  • Maintain full-time matriculated status
