Agreement Highlights:

  • Students must graduate from Westchester Community College.
  • Upon meeting transfer admission requirements, WCC students who graduate with an A.S. degree in Childhood Education or an A.A.S. degree in Early Childhood will be admitted into the undergraduate Bachelor of Arts program in the Liberal Arts & Sciences at Sarah Lawrence College with junior standing.
  • Sixty credits from the associate degree will be applied toward the completion of the articulated bachelor’s degree program.
  • Upon completing their junior year with at least a 3.00 GPA (Sarah Lawrence GPA only) and 90 completed credits, students will be offered automatic admission into Sarah Lawrence’s 5-year Art of Teaching Master’s degree program. Students with lower than a 3.00 GPA will be admitted on a case-by-case-basis.
